The Games: 4 weeks of focus on prospecting and taking action to grow your business.
The Coaches: Karin and Joanne .
The Players: 10 to 20 Motivated Agents from all over the country. You receive a roster for networking.
The Time: Every Monday to Friday for 15 minutes for 4 weeks, next game scheduled for the beginning of September 2006, registration closes on 14th August, so register now so you dont miss out …
The Place: you call an interactive telephone conference bridge line, you will need an ozconnect card to save lots its under 1 cent a minute to the bridge in America, much cheaper than if we were to use one in Australia, they are available at Australia Post or online . Contact Karin for details. Its cheaper than using your mobile to call a landline here in Oz.
The Rules:
- Each day you must get 10 points on a grid of 30 actions.
- You can use weekends to stockpile points.
- You have 2 opt out days ( free days ) as well as weekends.
- You have a buddy to help support you if you choose.
- You should come to the game with a goal to accomplish during the four weeks - it needs to be something you are excited aboutbeing able to create that would not happen in the ordinary way you are doing things now.
- You can miss a call but you must email your previous days points to karin@realestatecoach.com.au before the end of the day.
- You may request an individual coaching session during the course of the game with Karin your coach.
- You are out of the game if don't get at least 10 points each day and have not stockpiled any ( after the 2 opt out days).
- You are out of the GAME if you break the rules.
The Cost: Only $199 Aussie dollars for the whole four weeks or $149 US. (That's under $10 a day to give you the best month EVER!).

- Call 3 people from your sphere of influence (1 point)
- Hold an open house (2 points)
- Sign up a listing - controlled (4 points)
- Sign up a listing - open (2 points)
- Write a contract (5 points)
- Do 10 delicious daily habits (1 point)
- Compile 25 email addresses (1 point)
- Stick to perfect day schedule (1 point)
- Learn and use 1 new feature in yr database (1 point)
- Visit with a person from your sphere of influence (3 points)
- Zap a toleration (1 point)
- 1 hour concentrated phone time (3 points)
- Restore/maintain order in environment (1 point)
- Create a joint marketing action (1 point)
- Visit 10 in your farm area or around a listing (3 points)
- Call or visit an expired listing (3 points)
- Create a new benefit for your sphere of influence (1 point)
- Call or visit a for sale by owner (3 points)
- Attend a networking event (1 point)
- Send out 3 handwritten thankyou cards (3 points)
- Exercise for 30 mins (1 point)
- Send an email newsletter to 50 people (1 point)
- The real estate game call or buddy call (1 point)
- Get vendor paid advertising (2 points)
- Review your goals twice (1 point)
- Send out a mailing/newsletter (1 point)
